The Maleny Community Precinct site (Lot 2 on SP163952) covers an area of 126.9 hectares. It is comprised of what used to be known as the Porter Farm and the CalAqua Property (Armstrong’s Farm).

Site details
The site is predominantly owned by Caloundra City Council, although there are two additional lots included in this major development area which are owned by other parties.
The land is currently used for dairy cattle grazing and approximately six hectares of the southern-most finger of the site is used to irrigate treated effluent.
